Cancellation & Refund Policy

To withdraw admission, the student should submit a written application to the Registrar of the University before the commencement of classes. Following amount will be refunded based on the date of submission application as per following schedule:

Sl. No. Period Percentage
(i) Before 15 days from commencement of Class 90%
(ii) Up to 15 days from commencement of Class 80%
(iii) After 15 days but before 30 days from commencement of Class 50%
(iv) More than 30 days from commencement of Class Nil

In most cases, the application fee is nonrefundable. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

  • More than one payment is rendered for the same application number.
  • A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the application form due to connection failure and the university is not able provide softcopy of the application form.

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

Note: For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction number for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the University.
